The valve can be applied for use with various kinds of liquid ranging from pure water to seawater, contaminated water and chemical liquid as it can be made from YOKOTA's duplex type stainless steel YST130N (see note below).

Prevention of water hammer (SL-SW type)

A helical torsion spring is attached to the valve arm pin which allows adjustment of the spring force necessary for valve closure. This patented mechanism eliminates the valve closure delay and prevents water hammer. (Except material code T)
