When the maximum differential pressure (differential pressure between inlet and outlet pressures when fully closed) exceeds the following level, there is a possibility of it not being able to open and close. Please confirm.
Low differential pressure type: Under 0.3MPa
Standard type: Under 0.5MPa

As a standard function, the signal outputs of full-open/full-closed and alarm, and the overload protection and the forced open/close function are provided.(The signal outputs of position is optional.)

The valve can be operated manually.

Equipped with a four-point limit switch enabling selection of three opening angles and full closure.

As an option, a potentiometer for remote opening angle indication can be installed.

For complete valve closing operation, please use the above mentioned UFS type, or install an additional closing valve.

Please use the UFS type or set up the valve separately when it is necessary to stop water completely.

IP54:

Complete protection against contact with live or moving parts inside the enclosure. The entry of dust is not totally prevented, but dust cannot enter in sufficient quantity to interfere with the satisfactory operation of the motor. Projection of splashing water from any direction has no harmful effect.

Complete protection against contact with live or moving parts inside the enclosure. The entry of dust is not totally prevented, but dust cannot enter in sufficient quantity to interfere with the satisfactory operation of the motor. Projection of water by nozzle from any direction has no harmful effect.

IP65:

Complete protection against contact with live or moving parts inside the enclosure. The entry of dust is not totally prevented, but dust cannot enter in sufficient quantity to interfere with the satisfactory operation of the motor. Water from powerful jets from any direction has no harmful effect.

In planning use of the Electrically Powered Constant Flow Regulator Valve, a power supply may be difficult to obtain in cases where the installation site is far from a commercial power supply or there is a lack of space. We recommend, in such cases, an electric automotive system which consists of an electric actuator, a small solar battery, and a small storage battery, to minimize initial costs. The Constant Flow Regulator Valve (for 50-500mm bore valves) can be easily driven by a small electric actuator.
